Apprenticeships

SCILL assists companies in establishing 2-year and 4-year apprenticeship programs for adults with at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Programs include tool and die maker, die set-up technician, maintenance mechanic, maintenance electrician and others, which are under the guidelines of the U.S. Department of Labor and its Employment and Training Administration and Office of Apprenticeship. SCILL can help your company formulate the curriculum for acquiring the set of required skills within the apprenticeship, as well as the design of the associated classroom schedule for the mandatory credit hours.
